This is a GREAT kids story book for Families to interact with their

Caren and Sharen


There once was a couple of girls, who
lived in this world, whose names were,
Caren, and Sharen.
Now, Sharen was always worried about
her looks, and what people thought
about her. And Caren, was always
helping Sharen, to feel good about
herself, by giving her nice clothes to
wear, fixing her makeup, and doing her
hair.
See Sharen, didn't feel good about
herself, because while growing up, her
parents didn't have a great deal of
money, and were unhappy because they
were always trying to make ends meet,
and pay bills.
Although they loved her, they would only
scold her of the times she was bad,
acknowledging the good things they had
in life, or as parents. They never told her
of the good things she did, because that
was "expected" of her.
Now Carens parents, who would rather
than scold, would explain why what she
did was "incorrect", and then show her
right, and reward her for doing good,
giving her encouragements, and telling
her how precious she was to them. This
made her happy and secure in herself,
and in her family, even though their lives
were no different than Sharen's.
It's kind of like teaching a pet a new trick,
reward them for doing good, and they
will do it again, and lick their lips, with a
smile!
So, Here Caren was, trying to make
Sharen feel good about herself, like she
should, because thats what "good
friends", are for...
